Rassa Ebrahim

Rassa Ebrahim is the owner and CEO of Tax Help Law Firm and an experienced tax attorney dedicated to resolving complex tax disputes and protecting the financial well-being of his clients. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, where he represents individuals and businesses in matters involving the IRS.

His practice focuses on tax resolution, international tax, transfer pricing, compliance, and estate planning, combining rigorous financial analysis with a practical, client-focused approach. Before specializing in tax resolution, Rassa built a strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution at several law firms, where he gained hands-on experience in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations. This litigation background has equipped him with the strategic insight and advocacy skills necessary to defend clients effectively in tax controversies.

Rassa earned his LL.M. in International Tax and Estate Planning from UCLA School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Tuition Fellowship Scholarship. He also holds a J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, a B.A. in Political Science from Boston University where he was the top student in his class two years in a row and graduated summa cum laude. Rassa has studied international law in France at Paris Nanterre University.

In addition to his professional achievements, Rassa is fluent in multiple languages and has a passion for mentoring law students in emerging areas of tax law and AI compliance. His diverse experiences - ranging from litigation practice to advanced tax planning - allow him to approach every client matter with both precision and empathy.
