Agree with other posters. Awful representation

huge regret going with this incompetent lawyer - absolutely devastated my outcome. AVOID!!!!!!

I agree with previous poster. 30 years experience does NOT mean you are in good hands. Beware

I read the previous review and my case was exactly the same - the lawyer that took over for Paula Kane said she had left a car crash of bad work leVing me exposed for extensive losses - worst of all affected custody. My and my kids lives were put in Ms Kane’s hands and she did to me worse than my Ex ...would have done with no lawyer.

Big disappointment and overpriced

She made mistakes on documents submitted to court. She missed deadlines in filing responses. She generated too much paperwork. The judge lectured her on it. She made bad legal decisions on what strategy to follow. She could have simply objected to something, but didn't, and that led to many more r...equests and things that severely damaged my case. She advised against mediating. She told me that my ex would be required to pay my legal fees. The first time she filed for these fees, the judge denied it because she filed it wrong. She told me she would then file again, for free, because it had been her mistake. When that time came, she refused to file for the fees. She alienated the judge. She repeatedly told me she would call or research something and get back to me, but never did. She routinely forget key points of the case. Eventually, I told her to not do anything unless I approved it first. She continued, though, and wouldn't stop until I sent her a change of attorney form.
