Paul worked on my very complicated case, multifamily, multistate, various suggested accusations. He listened for almost 2 hours while I described the numerous players involved in this extensive case. I consulted with Paul on my DCFS case. While not my primary atty, Paul was professional, compassionate and honest. I hope that one never finds themselves in a situation where you are facing false allegations from DCFS or Juvenile Court. It is an outright terrifying thought that your right’s as a parent may be in jeopardy, and an even more terrifying thought that the wellbeing of your child may also be in jeopard...y. One would hope that the system would do what is right, but quite simply that is not always what happens, for whatever reasons. You should not navigate something like this on your own, if at all possible. When there is as much at stake as there is in something like this, you need to have someone who knows the court system and can help you navigate your situation successfully. I was blessed to find a person who had an incredible amount of knowledge and experience in this area of law, in Paul Metzger. Not only did he successfully get me the result that I should have got in dependency court, but he also was incredibly sincere in his concern for me and my child.
