I found this attorney not being familiar with recent case laws - and that had a significant negative impact in my case. They tend to get it wrong or have an interpretation which is often dismissed by the court - that ends up being a very expensive proposition for the client. I believe disputed issues... were unnecessarily and significantly dragged on as the attorney interjected barely relevant and outdated case laws during the mediation / negotiation thus derailing possible settlements. To that end, I don't feel they have the best interest of their client at heart - may be that is too much to ask. Tend to be reactive, laid back and low energy. No interest in getting closure.

Not familiar at all with the recent case laws. Kept dragging my case for several years by following bad strategies and not being familiar with the latest. It cost my community a lot, unfortunately, to his advantage (his legal fees). Very unethical as he created a significant amount of unnecessary leg...al fees.
