Josef Sadat

Life as I knew it came to an end for me on July of 2013 when federal law enforcement agents arrested me at 6 A.M. in front of my wife and our young son on a Federal Indictment charging me and 10 others with: Conspiracy; Bribery of a Public Official; False Statements and "Aggravated Identity Theft". ... Things went from bad to worse. The magistrate judge ordered me to be detained without bail and I sat in jail for nine months awaiting trial as it was a complex case and new co-conspirators were added as time went by. I hired Josef Sadat to represent me in place of another private attorney who had been court-appointed. Most all of the 11 co-defendants indicted along with me remained detained and most all had court-appointed attorneys. I feel that Josef Sadat was an answer to my prayers. He is very intelligent, down to earth, and comforting. He visited me “at least” once a week and always kept me AND my family very well informed of every detail on my case. I was always able to sleep better at night after a visit from Mr. Sadat. He always knew exactly what to say to make me feel better and he helped me keep my faith and never lose hope. He was like an earth angel to me and my family. I found out that my co-defendants and I were looking at 5 to 6 years in prison with an additional consecutive two years for aggravated identity theft. I was very depressed and life seemed a bit hopeless at times. But I knew that Josef was working on my case and I cannot begin to tell you how surprised I was when he told me that I was to plead guilty to a single count and that I would receive PROBATION WITH TIME SERVED as my total sentence. Mostly because of Mr. Sadat’s endless hard work, professionalism, and devotion to my case, I feel that I was saved from a long prison sentence. I never thought I would escape going to prison. Nor did I ever think my life would ever return to normal. I must say that thanks to Josef, I was spared from spending years in prison away from my family. Now, my life has largely returned to normal and I cannot thank Mr. Sadat enough for what he did for me and my family. I highly recommend Mr. Sadat for anybody who sees their life falling apart before their very eyes for violating the federal statute. Mr. Sadat really made a difference in the most vulnerable stage of my life. Thanks to him, I now have both, my liberty and my family back. That is why he is worth GOLD to me - I can't thank him enough. MANY BLESSINGS TO MR. SADAT, HE WAS TRULY GOD SENT. He will always be in my prayers… G.S.G.

I never been in trouble with the law before. I was lost! I didn't know where to go or what to do. I was introduced to Mr. Sadat and I must say I am beyond thankful that I was.
