I hired Haleh and her firm as I was going to settle without a lawyer. I had been in pain, had surgery on a knee, did rehab and realized that the knee would never be the same. I called just to consult. She asked the right questions, (what else hurts) ? My work had never documented that I was working... in pain. We got new Drs to document my issues, new PT to try to get better. It has taken 4 years. A lot of Dr verifications( needing reports) slowed down the process. Defense slowed it down. The QMR is a slow process! Yes there has been new Case Managers but build a relationship, do your part, try to get better. One day at a time , more will be revealed! Honestly, I randomly chose her out of a list of lawyers and made a wise decision.
