Ernest Vojdani

After hiring Ernest Vojdani, who will do a great job sweet talking you to join as a client, over the course of the 4 years it took to solve a personal injury case, Ernest was unknowledgeable, unorganized, rude and failed to ethical represent my interests. He repeatedly made contradictory claims sugge...sting he was being dishonest with me. He made financial agreements to payout the settlement appropriately to my request, but in the end he dumped a number of medical/prescription bills on me to cover when he stated he would pay those costs through the settlement. He maximized his earnings and stepped on my throaty while i was very proactive in trying to communicate. He was supposed to pay through the lien and ultimately I ended up with a number of medical bills that were my responsibility and tarnished my credit due to his negligence . He promised to come to a resolution that would “act it my best interest” but when all was said and done every medical party involved reduced their bills, I reduced my settlement expectation and Vojdani went and negotiated with the other party for more money and kept it to himself. I was overbilled for every piece of paper, stamp and even when he outsourced to 3rd party lawyers I paid their bills too. While he under performed his take was 42% of what is typically 25-33% of a personal injury case. It took just shy of 4 year to solve a 100% clear no fault liability case by the defendants who rear ended me. I made less than half of what was documented as missing work earnings, no pain and suffering, and he falsified documents to claim I would pay medical bills from my measly portion that became my responsibility to pay. Ernest not only didn’t follow my course of action that I requested as a client but repeatedly went months without returning my calls. I asked for attorney costs along the way and in the end he took his chunk of money and never called in the end to say congrats or anything. He knew his conduct was more than unethical. Going through one of the most difficult times of my life, Ernest only added more stress and deceit to a matter in which you would think a lawyer you pay is supposed to help you. I would give 0 starts if I could. Worst experience with a professional I question how he stays in business and sleeps at night.
