Excellent Attorney!

I was referred to Mark by a close friend of mine, who had a great experience as well. Long story short, in 2017, a drunk driver rear-ended me (and fled the scene). It was traumatic, to say the least. Mark took the time to understand what exactly took place, what my needs were, and explained my le...gal rights. He also referred me to a great physical therapist. Mark cared about my well-being, not just my case. Overall, Mark was knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. I highly recommend Mark!

Best lawyer in town

I retained Mark Balali for a car accident that I was involved in. I was hurt and in pain after the accident. The person who hit me, their insurance and my insurance were blaming me for the accident. I reached out to Mark and he agreed to take my case. This is where my luck turned for the better. Mark... not only was able to convince them that I was not at fault but he got me a very large settlement. The best part of all this was that he got me more than 45% of the total settlement after everything was paid for. I am truly blessed to have found Mark. The money he recovered on my behalf has given me the cushion I needed as a single mom to cover all my living expenses for the next several of years if I ever were to become unemployed. I think Mark Balali is one of the most amazing attorneys. He was always available or would return my call and reassured me that it would ok, but I obviously I had my doubts because of all the nonsense I had heard from others and their experiences. Once I saw the settlement amount..I was in complete shock. I could not be happier. I whole heartedly recommend Mark Balali.

He spends as much time I need to explain the process to me to make me feel better about my case

I never had a favorable opinion of attorneys or dealing with them. I was reluctant to hire an attorney in dealing with my accident case. After several conversations with Mark Balali over a period of time, I decided to hire him. He went above and beyond in many aspects of my case. I’m not going to ex...plain them in here but I was very impressed with him in doing this that I feel obligated to write about him. He brought peace to my life. I feel like I am truly represented by someone who cares, someone who truly cares. Someone who never misses my phone calls. I have had attorneys before that ignored me for days or weeks. Mark is there 24/7 to take care of clients. It is really too good to be true. Thank you so much Mark. I am very grateful to have had him as my attorney and if I ever have to use one again, it will be Mark. You will not find a better attorney to have on your side.
