Adam got both of my student loan debt cases dismissed. There were two cases that were filed against me last year and I was not aware of it until I received an ad letter from a lawyer in San Diego (I live 2 hours away from San Diego). I went online and checked the case numbers in court website and unf...ortunately, both were valid. My brother told me to go online and look for a lawyer that specializes in collection cases and I came across Adam Hollander-Urbach's reviews and his website shows all his cases that were dismissed. I never met Adam, only communicated via email and phone, he was very thorough, his explanations were short and easy to understand. From the moment I called Adam he took over my case and handled everything seamlessly. My case was settled in less than 3 months. This was my 1st time being sued for credit card debt. I was not even planning to answer the lawsuit (thinking if I ignored it, I can say I never received or knew about it). Then after doing some research I learned that's the worst thing to do, I will automatically lose even if I have a chance at beat...ing the case. So I contacted Adam (i was very skeptical at first), but then realized for the amount I was being sued for, his flat rate was very reasonable and affordable, so I hired him. He kept me informed of the entire process at all times, returned phone calls and emails very quickly. We answered the lawsuit, filed all necessary paperwork (just barely made the deadline).... after this it was just a long waiting period, waiting for the court to give us a trial date. I kept in contact with Adam throughout this process, he told me to just relax everythin was under control (but I was a nervous wreck, first time being sued, not knowing what to expect, just waiting for the court to give a trial date). Adam said he had a strong feeling he can get my case dismissed, or at the very least, settle for a very small percentage. As time went by and nothing had happened, I began to feel more skeptical, always having doubts, what if this what if that, etc.. Well before the trial date, I learned that Adam got my case dismissed. He delivered what he promised and I can't thank him enough. I have never met Adam, only talked to him on the phone a few times and mostly communicated with him via Email, but the man delivered. Not all attornies are greedy and selfish. I have nothing to gain by writing this review, my case is over. But I wanted to let anyone out there know he's the real deal and most important he's trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer to fight a lawsuit.
