Randy is a greatly dependable lawyer. My speeding ticket was dismissed by his effort. It is really very important to me because I have a commercial driver license. I still remembered that day my TBWD's due day was two days later. I had planed to fight for this ticket by myself. After doing a lot of r...esearch on internet, I still had no idea how to write the TBWD. Randy has done an incredible job for me. At one point in time I had well over a dozen tickets on a single docket ranging from no proof of insurance to modified exhaust. Randy Sarmiento, not sure what his techniques are but this guy works wonders. I've used Mr. Sarmiento for both traffic citations and other cases he handles, as far as traffic tickets goes...I don't know a single person that enjoys getting a ticket, whether its for something basic like a cell phone... violation or even something as significant as a DUI, Mr. Sarmiento will be on your side. I've used Mr. Sarmiento numerous times for basic speeding tickets and have referred them to friends who unfortunately have received DUI citations (which are very severe). The legal team has always been able to answer my questions 110% and have been very patient and honest with me. Like any law firm, they cannot guarantee a success in your case but in the past four cases I've given them, they have dismissed all four with no points, no fines, no citation on my record. Talk about knowing your trade! Although I cannot speak on misdemeanor cases such as DUI or reckless driving/speed contest, I've referred a few friends to them and they have been able to successfully reduce or dismiss those cases as well. That is almost unheard of! His rates are very fair and honestly one of the cheapest around. Although it is not the "cheapest" you will find out their, they'll actually put individualized attention into your case to create a higher chance of success. You definitely get what you pay for and I think you're getting a bargain with the team here. The staff here also has bilingual employees on hand. Whether you speak Chinese/Mandarin or Spanish, or many other languages here, they have employees here who speak that language and/or they'll have a translator immediately available. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this law firm a call on your next citation. They may be new to the game but they're definitely going to be a game changer. I hired Randy based off of referral and he definitely did not fall short of the great recommendation. He had to attend court for me three times and each time he was prompt, profession, on-time and represented my case well. If it wasn't for Randy I would have a HUGE fine! Use him next time you are in ...a bind
