I hanlde a variety of cases including breach of fiduciary duty, real estate, construction. professional liability and shareholder and partnership disputes. I have taken cases to trial however I have extensivie experieince in settling cases through mediation. i am a member of a firm with offices throughout California and in New York and in Las Vegas.
