Oftentimes, attorneys get a bad rep because 8 out of 10 times, they are watching the clock, getting ready to bill you before you hang up the phone while giving you boilerplate advice. Omar from day 1 has been very attentive to our issues. He amazed me how he listened to what my issues where and then converted that in to a document which on the first pass was 98% accurate. 2% was what I misspoke :). He is very good about setting expectations and delivering on that. He is not the... type who will overstate to get your business. Omar is an excellent lawyer in securities and employment law. He helped me to get justice, humanity and dignity out of a very difficult case. I consulted with him and his partner last year. They were interested in taking my wrongful termination employment case however I had just switched careers and was working an entry level marketing job. I'm in my mid 30's. I was only making $45k per year. Even though I was wrongfully terminated due to ...a perceived medical condition, they decided that my compensation wasn't enough because I was making so little. They were very interested in taking my case, as were all of the other employment law firms I consulted with, but they put me down and shamed me because I was only making $45k a year. So unless you're making a decent 6 figures, don't waste your time consulting with them. They're just going to make you feel bad about yourself. Bengali was definitely the nicer one on the conference call. His partner was a jerk.
