Biography
Michael B. Giaquinto is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. His practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of toxic tort litigation, products liability and general civil litigation. Michael participates in all phases of litigation, including motions to dismiss, ex parte applications, summary judgment motions, trial preparation, and attendance at court hearings.
While completing his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Michael expanded his legal acumen through a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Craig C. Richman and gaining extensive courtroom experience while working for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
