Evan Michael Roberts

Evan Roberts is an associate and is resident in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Evan concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. He represents both companies and private equity funds in a variety of private transactions. Evan also has extensive experience in emerging growth company formations, early-to-mid stage financings, and corporate investigations and counseling related to cross-border transactions.
