C. Peter Huang

With over six years of experience in the legal profession, Mr. Huang utilizes skills and knowledge to advise and assist clients in all aspects of patent law, including patent acquisition, litigations, opinions, clearances, due diligences, licensing, interference practice, and oppositions.

Prior to joining ADLI Law Group, Mr. Huang was an Associate at Partners Law Group, Inc. (Formerly affiliated with Silicon Edge Law Group, LLP) in Santa Monica, where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications in the fields of computer and electrical and mechanical arts, and counseled clients on patent practice, drafted motions and pleadings, including discovery, provided prior art searches and due diligence opinions, write IP-related agreements, and prosecute U.S. trademark applications, including trademark search and clearance, infringement opinions and oppositions.

Mr. Huang graduated from University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Mr. Huang is committed to helping clients and providing them efficient and effective service and representation.
