Claire Christine Weglarz

Claire Weglarz is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. She has represented a variety of clients in high risk litigation for the last decade. She specializes in the defense of products liability, toxic tort, environmental, personal injury, and construction litigation. With a background in biology, Claire has a natural affinity for defending complex claims that require heightened attention to technical, scientific, and medical issues. As a registered patent attorney, she is able to foresee issues in a product case that might go otherwise unnoticed. 

Even in her first week as an attorney, Claire served as lead counsel in evidentiary hearings before administrative agencies. Over the last ten years, she has co-chaired many trials to verdict. Her trial experience benefits clients not only at trial, but also during earlier phases of litigation and in negotiations.
