Ms. Dalton was hired on my behalf Title IX investigation. Mrs. Dalton's resulting findings are a textbook example of disparate treatment, willful misinterpretation of the law, and failure to do basic research. As a result, the institution, and presumably Ms. Dalton, is now under investigation by vari...ous governing authorities. Ms. Dalton uses homophobic language and has absolutely zero purview in LGBT culture. Ms. Dalton should recuse herself from any cases involving LGBT persons. She has been suspended from the Bar TWICE, for failing to complete MCLE, and for failing to pay her BAR member fees... and it shows!
