A. Peter Rausch, Jr., principal at Offit Kurman, brings more than 35 years of experience representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and executives in commercial litigation and business counseling. Peter also contributes to the administration of justice in California. He has served as a pro tem judge in San Joaquin County Superior Court, presiding over small claims matters. He is a member of the Court’s Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Panels and has been privately retained to mediate and arbitrate civil disputes. He has been a court-ordered arbitrator in selected civil cases and regularly serves as a panel mediator for the Third District California Court of Appeal. Peter has been a guest lecturer with the Third District Court of Appeal Mediation Program and has served as a pro bono settlement counsel with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California
