Prior to opening his estate planning practice, Mr. Garcia gained valuable legal knowledge and experience as a litigator and was well-known in courtrooms across Los Angeles County for his experience and integrity in representing those facing criminal charges. An accomplished orator and strong advocate, he has been ensuring that all of his clients' needs are met for over five years.
A Los Angeles native, Nick is extremely passionate about Southern California and its people. After graduating with honors from the University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor's degree in communication, Mr. Garcia earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. There he was editor in chief of the Business Law Advisor, received numerous awards for his work in public interest, and was honored by California Attorney General, Xavier Becerra, for his academic achievements.
Nick has been named by the National Trial Lawyers as a member of the Top 40 Attorneys Under 40 in California and by Super Lawyers as a 2024 Southern California Rising Star. As a member in good standing of the California Bar, he holds a license to practice law before all California state courts.
