Biography
Melissa Lyons brings experience from the defense side of Workers' Compensation cases as a hearing representative then as a defense attorney from 2012 - 2019. Melissa then joined Workers Compensation Lawyer, Inc., a prestigous Applicant Attorney firm from January 2020 to July 2023 as an associate attorney, with a desire and passion to help injured workers receive the medical and other benefits for which they are entitled. Melissa has sinced formed her own Applicant Attorney firm, Law Offices of Melissa J. Lyons in July 2023.
Melissa earned her undergraduate degree from University of California, Riverside, in Business Administration, where she was recognized on the National Dean's List for her academic achievements. Melissa earned her Juris Doctorate from Pacific Coast University, School of Law, while concurrently working as a defense Hearing Representative. In 2022, Melissa was inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who publication for her accomplishments.
In Melissa's leisure time, she enjoys cycling, hiking, exercising, waverunning, reading, cooking, wood working and traveling. Melissa has two dogs named Honey Bee and Lady Bug.

Knowledgeable and aggressive lawyer
