Biography
I am an experienced litigator that is the founder of the Yoshida Firm: a law practice focusing on trust & estate disputes, real estate + landlord tenant issues, and business conflicts. I also represent horse owners, equestrians, and show organizers in transactions and disputes involving equestrian athletes. I create short form legal content on YouTube @YoshiLegalChannel or on Instagram @YoshiLegal.
I’m a former board member of the Japanese American Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association of Northern California-two of the largest minority bar associations in California. I enjoy organizing and hosting social events, watching Broadway musicals, and spending time with family.
