Was a hospital emergency room at fault they prescribed my fiance antibiotics that conflicted with his meds

He may have a case against the hospital if the reaction was serious enough. If after a few doctor visits it's calmed down, I wouldn't bother.

You may have a case against whoever makes your car or the airbag, but the other driver is probably a better case.
