If you were sober, insured, etc. at the time, you probably don't have to worry about criminal charges. You could of course be sued.

You should've hired a lawyer, though it's probably not even worth it now. It is true that your lack of treatment means the case has a lower value.

You need a civil rights/PI lawyer. Injuries from cuffs aren't uncommon--the cops know this and, as in your case, they often don't even care.
