You should probably look for a business or fraud attorney. The problem is you may have to pay hourly, as it will likely be very tough to collect...

I think a responsible lawyer would say they need to see the email first. Opinions aren't necessarily defamation, but it's a pretty subjective line....

No, there are specific ways the def. must be served. If you were injured, you must get a lawyer before you sabotage your otherwise good claim.
