Robert Hoyt, He is the best attorney ever !! My son made a horrible decision and received a DUI and Mr. Hoyt was very respectful and non judgmental. He helped get him the the least amount of time possible while also receiving some help he needed. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Hoyt helped me get a very good result in my daughter's Personal Injury case. She will always have back problems from this accident and she'll need more surgery as she gets older. With his help, we were able to get a settlement that we help her through these upcoming times.

“I believe this relates to a complaint by a client in a successful medical malpractice case who complained that case preparation and trial expenses for experts were too high. Rather than spend thousands of dollars for defense attorneys, and scores of hours away from my busy practice, I opted not to defend myself against this spurious bar complaint, and just let it go as a censure.”

“I stopped practicing law in Illinois in 1982. This may relate to one of my out-of-state clerical employees who was supposed to deposit a $1500 check in the office trust account, but instead converted it to his own pocketbook. I was criticized because he was my employee and it "happened on my watch."”
