Daniel Saul Rubin

Daniel Rubin was the first and only lawyer that I've ever had to seek the legal counsel of. Since I didn't know what to expect, I second guessed myself, wondering if I had made the right choice for the man who was going to go up to bat for my freedom. For me it was not only a serious matter but for... me a serious investment as well. Now I don't say this sort of thing lightly, but I was truly blessed to have met Daniel Saul Rubin and to have attained his legal services. Mr. Rubin was recommended to me, but It wasn't until I met the man at his office that I realized what kind of attorney I was going to be working with... As I went over the details of my case, I tried to give my future-attorney a feel of what kind of guy I was, and that I genuinely just got caught up in some nonsense I knew better than to be a part of. I felt like Daniel genuinely understood me. Which I did not expect, but was comforting nonetheless. As we went over the various details involved in my case, I always felt like he listened to my input and that I was actively participating in the whole effort. Mr. Rubin's not only an amazingly patient listener, he's also a strategic problem solver. By the end of our first meeting and after getting to know me and my case I had a real gut-feeling that this guy actually cared that I got the help I needed and he would provide the expert counsel I required to not just go through the motions, but to actually win my case. It was a great feeling knowing that after hearing my side, he felt comfortable in the plausability of a positive outcome. During court proceedings, he exuded a natural confidence about him that put me at ease. Mr. Rubin is very down to earth and always keeps it professional with a profound ability to ensure that he is heard. Besides the characteristics I've mentioned, he is always punctual no matter how busy he is. We were in and out of court for over two arduous years and although the prosecution was relentless, he still had two weapons charges dropped. The D.A. refused to drop a paraphernalia charge and the end result was that I avoided two years of incarceration in lieu of a 90-day in- patient drug rehab program. I don't know how he did it. All I can say is Mr. Rubin is a highly-driven, no-nonsense attorney who didn't give up on me. Since my story involves my battle with substance abuse, I have to mention that Daniel took a sincere interest in my well-being, helping me get into rehab. He also encouraged me to lower my methadone dose in order to get off narcotic replacement treatment because there are many drawbacks to long-term patients, such as myself. This may sound cheesy or what-ever(and I could care less at this point)...But the effort put forth throughout and the care Daniel Rubin showed me went beyond the run of the mill attorney/client relationship. He fought for me tooth and nail in the courtroom and showed me friendship by caring about my sobriety and getting me back on track to improve my life. To this day, he gives me a call to check up on my mom and I. I've NEVER heard of a lawyer showing so much empathy and kindness... But don't get it twisted, he will spar with you in court, man...and you'll get tired first!

I wanted to express my Gratitude for Daniel Rubin with his efforts and dedication to my case. It was quite a long and upsetting process. He stayed by my side for a long time and was very generous regarding it. I followed all orders and advice that he gave me. I trusted him and respected his knowle...dge of the law. I feel I could not have got a better attorney to represent me. I am grateful that he took on a lot of my stress and in a way he was also my therapist. I was radio silent and could not express myself the way I would of wanted to others. The case was heading toward extreme consequences and he put the research in to prove my innocence.
