Yury Galperin

I cannot recommend Yury Galperin, Esq. from the law firm Lieber & Galperin enough. When I was served with a TRO filed against me by a neighbor. I was scared and clueless as to how I was going to get through it and what I needed to do next. It was hard for me to believe that literally anyone can go to... the police and file a totally fake case against you. When I made my first call to Lieber & Galperin no one responded to my call so I left a voice message, in less than 30min after leaving the voicemail I was getting a call back from Jason Lieber. He took a great amount of time to hear my story, answered my questions and placed me with the right attorney. I am beyond grateful that attorney was Yury Galperin. Throughout the entire process, Yury guided me step by step, always answering any questions I had promptly and throughly. Yury is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and a straight shooter in court. After all was said and done, I was able to walk out of that court room with my dignity intact and I wholeheartedly believe Yury helped saving me on so many levels. Yury was a beacon of hope after a series of financial setbacks due to a fraudulent business deal I got myself in. Not only was he able to defend us from an unjust restraining order accusation, his empathetic and confident demeanor provided me with a rare and much needed trait you don’t often find in... attorneys (at least in all the ones I experienced in the last 2 years). I am eternally grateful for his service and I highly recommend Mr. Galperin without reservation.

I hired Yury to appeal our case due to his blemish free reviews online and his website with the claim to be the best appeal lawyer around. After receiving our money, Yury would systematically fail to respond to most of my emails and phone calls. He dragged the brief response for so long, that the cas...e deemed moot by the appelate court. Due to other circimstance beyond Yury's control, the case was reverted back to be heard. The funny thing is that Yury did not even email me about this matter, though insisting that he did send the email which was nowhere to be found-in Spam or in Incoming mail. But the most hurting thing that Yury did to me was refusing to present the case personally in the court. In spite of my numerous pleas to Yury to honor the contract that he signed and go to the court, he ignored me completely and adamantly sent the unexperienced young lawyer who worked his last day in Yury's law firm. As a result, the perfectly winnable case was lost. The verdict submitted by the apellate court revealed one more thing about Yury- he did not know the law he tried to apply. These statements were given without any feelings attached. This is just the narration of my experience with Yury Galperin as a lawyer.
