At Weinstock Manion, I help clients achieve their estate planning and trust administration objectives. I also compassionately advise and advocate for clients during probate proceedings. Prior to joining Weinstock Manion, I practiced commercial litigation and employment law at Proskauer Rose LLP. There, I represented clients dealing with a variety of issues including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and trademark infringement, among others. I also received Proskauer's Golden Gavel award for my representation of a disabled veteran who was discriminated against by her housing law school, I was a judicial intern for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the Honorable Judith Ashmann-Gerst of the Second District Court of Appeal for the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, I was the president of the Women’s Law Association and a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. I also represented victims of domestic violence in obtaining restraining orders against their abusers and custody orders over their children.
