Peter John Lesser

I am an attorney-mediator (and licensed real estate broker) based in Century City, Los Angeles, California.  I enjoy a broad civil litigation practice, with emphasis on business and real estate litigation.  I also serve as a mediator in these fields.

I have been an active member of the California Bar since 1989.  I was also admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1984, and the District of Columbia Bar in 1985.

Please note: After many years of practicing exclusively in California, I stopped paying dues to the D.C. Bar and the Virginia State Bar to save business costs; therefore, I am on "administrative suspension" status with the D.C. and Virginia bar associations.  I can obtain reinstatement at any time by paying appropriate fees/dues to either or both associations, and with the D.C. Bar, taking a mandatory one-day course given only in D.C.

I have never been sanctioned or subject to any disciplinary complaints or proceedings in any jurisdiction.
