Peter Adam Lauzon

Lauzon Paluch has been nothing short of amazing. I reached out to them on a Sunday, while overseas and in great distress. Early that same Sunday morning I received communication back while Mr. Lauzon was on his way (at the airport even) to a two-week vacation abroad. This set the tone for the attenti...on and efforts put forth on my cases that included quashing false fillings by my ex as well as the most critical, returning my children after international child abduction. In total, Peter and his firm, Lauzon Paluch, won all five rulings in my favor and were always keeping me updated of the status and next steps. Lauzon Paluch got my children back and I will never forget that.

More than five stars if it were an option! Peter and his amazing team including Talia, Nathalie and Cierra are the best!! They gave me quality time back with my child, peace of mind, and the ability to have complete trust in my attorney's skill, calendaring, approach, advice and more. I had used four... lower quality attorneys before and even at one point represented myself with negative to disastrous results. His approach is thoughtful, compassionate and measured. I was able to work as close to uninterrupted as possible while a court date loomed and even settled out of court, something that had never ever happened before in over a decade of this matter. WOW!! I know it sounds silly, but in past matters I've also had to calculate all dates and deadlines because my attorneys would lapse and miss dates to submit responses which can be a huge issue because it takes away my side of the story and my voice. Peter's team was on top of it and submitted early and never even cut anything close. Relief! This mattered a lot to me! Peter is a different kind of attorney who works diligently, is humble, makes things easy on the client, and gets things done. Thankful for all he and his team do and highly recommended.

Peter Lauzon is an absolutely superb attorney! I was worrying about an interstate custody enforcement matter regarding my multiply disabled child. Peter was very knowledgeable, understanding, and gracious with his time and his expertise, helping put my mind at ease and helping me to know that with hi...s simple advice that everything was going to be OK. He walked me through what I needed to do to have the upper hand and for my child to be safe and where he belongs. He is so specialized in the exact type of thing we were facing, that I knew his predictions and advice would reflect exactly what was going to happen and that there wouldn’t be any surprises. And he was right about everything!! Peter was to the point, honest, direct, and made it known that he was there to preserve my child's rights. A great feeling!! There are not enough good things to say about Peter after all he did for our family!!

My experience with Mr. Lauzon was completely unbelievable. He got many of the facts wrong, did the opposite in court of what I wanted and discussed with him. Shocking actually.....if I followed his advice and did what he wanted I would have lost custody of my child. I followed my gut instinct and ...went AGAINST what Mr. Lauzon advised and I got a pretty good order. I wish I would have went against his advice from the beginning, I would have been in a better position for custody...... He also wanted me to negotiate guideline child support!! what, why, it is guideline, he wanted me to take almost $1,000 less than guideline!!!. He cost me money in court via attorney's fees and child support because he didn't have the facts straight, the judge was going with a higher number then Mr. Lauzon jumps in and lowers the amount (wtf!!!) Thank god I didn't negotiate as he advised me to with child support, otherwise I would have been out much more than he managed to in court. Oh, he will charge you for items before you even retain him!!! Read the retainer agreement.....unbelievable...the list goes on.....suppose to be a custody expert in move aways..... not convinced. His staff was good and very attentive, he thinks he is better than he actually is. There are better attorneys out there, with more compassion as well. He doesn't care and it shows.
