Biography
Pedram Amini has been practicing law for over a decade. He received his undergraduate education at UCSD and his Juris Doctorate from UWLA in 2008.
Pedram cares deeply about his clients putting his heart and soul into giving them the best representation possible. He has helped many professionals, business owners and startups with their legal needs, primarily in the areas of buying and selling businesses and professional practices, contracts, corporate law and healthcare.
