To assist him in these matters, Mr. Martin has developed relationships with leading law firms around the world.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) in 1993, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco in 1997. Mr. Martin has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1997, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for all California Districts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals in both the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit. He is also a member of the International Trademark Association, The Beverly Hills Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
