In my experience, based of my observation of Mark David Peisner from Arc Point Law, handled the family court matter in a way I believe lacked professionalism and integrity. I experience repeated delays, unnecessary filings, claims, excuses and continuances that I found unmerited which prolonged th...e case and increased costs. I felt the communications and transparency fell way below the standards that should be exercised by an officer of the court as expected. Lack of integrity for personal financial gains and emotional abuse do not belong in the court system unless there is a premeditated agenda. His patterns and approached spoke a huge volume on his behavior. This reflects my personal experience and opinions based on my case
