I am a securities arbitration and litigation attorney in Los Angeles, California. My primary practice is dedicated in representing retail investors against broker dealers, investment/financial advisors in multitude of investment products.
I have been a litigator for over 40 years and I have won millions of dollars in arbitrations and courts for investors. Recently I won over $1.3Million award against Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wachovia) at FINRA for an investor. I also won $2.7M award at FINRA against a New York wall street firm for a investors. This award included $1M in punitive damages. I have secured 7 figure settlements for my clients against major broker dealers and national financial institutions.
