Although Jordan was recommended by associations and publications, most likely they are unaware he is semi-retired and just working old long-time clients. Whereas his firm’s lack of responsiveness after several communications from leading business figures would normally require 1 star, due to his cha...ritable work we still choose to be magnanimous and give him 3 stars, which is being generous, all things considered, after valuable time was wasted. We believe that after an initial mutually beneficial period between Jordan and Manatt, that in recent years they have experienced growing pains, and that they have now likely outgrown each other. It is our professional assessment that Jordan would be better suited in private practice in his semi-retirement, and Manatt’s clients would be better served by more communicative representation in Jordan’s specific practice areas.
