Dana Michael Cole

When you need a lawyer, you will probably be like me and go through a period of floundering. I checked Yelp and other online resources, the bar association, the basic legal plan I have at work, and friends' recommendations. You're probably going through the same process or you wouldn't be reading thi...s. You can probably stop now because you've found Dana Cole. Dana was recommended by a fried of a friend of a friend. And I will be forever grateful to them. From the second you meet Dana, you'll be impressed by two opposite characteristics. You can see in him the quick, inventive mind that would be able to do battle with serious opponents and protect your interests. And he is also amazingly empathetic, warm and compassionate at the same time. You don't find this combination in people very often. My case centered around my family member (I'm purposely trying to be vague so as not to embarrass loved ones) who was arrested and jailed overnight with a felony charge. Needless to say a felony charge gets your attention and you want to make the strongest possible statement in response. Dana Cole is that statement. When I was sitting in court with him and feeling the full possibilities of what we were facing, I was so thankful that Dana was by my side. As it turns out, my case with Dana became two cases with the addition of a temporary restraining order on top of the felony charge, but Dana took that in stride. And continued to represent us in both cases for the same fee. (A fee that I felt was more than fair considering everything that was at stake and the quality of the representation I was getting in Dana.) Nothing about these cases went quickly or easily, but Dana was there with us the whole way, holding our hands and sometimes providing tough love and a good talking to when it was required. Ultimately the restraining order was dropped, and the felony charges as well, and there were no repercussions or penalties and no black marks on anyone's records. A very happy ending for all concerned. We never went to trial so I can't speak to that aspect of working with Dana Cole. But I can say that if I'm ever facing a felony charge, I will reach into my wallet for the card that is always with me and I will call Dana Cole.
