No. For what it's worth, a landlord can't deny housing based on information in the Megan's Law registry, though he could find myriad ways around that.

The short answer is yes. The long answer is that Labor Code section 98.6 prohibits your employer from terminating you for "lawful conduct"...

I don't know if the bank's refusal to accept an old military ID is discrimination based on veteran status.
