Ben Rothman initially agreed to take on my case regarding issues with my former employer and appeared to understand the circumstances and concerns I presented. However, when I was finally ready to move forward, communication completely stopped. Despite leaving voicemails, sending emails, and makin...g multiple attempts to follow up, I received no response. A simple update, even if he no longer wished to take the case, would have been appreciated and would have demonstrated basic professional courtesy. I understand attorneys are often busy and may choose not to proceed with certain cases, but clients deserve clear communication. Being left without any response after discussions had already taken place was both frustrating and disappointing. My father was an attorney, and one thing he always emphasized was treating people with respect and keeping them informed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on my personal experience, for a man and a lawyer who's been in business this long, if responsiveness and communication are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere for legal representation.

Atty Ben is very hardworking and he quickly answers all our questions, his approach is very professional and personal at the same time.
