Replied last August 04, 2021Thank you for taking the time to write this note, and for pointing out these issues. We work hard to give all of our clients a great experience, and we want to keep improving. I’ve talked with our support staff and unfortunately as we all know 2020 was a very difficult year and working remotely at times due to pandemic restrictions was not the best. I understand your frustration resulted from the medical facility not responding to you and scheduling your appointments. I further understand Ms. Cuartas being somewhat backlogged as it was during this time that her mother was hospitalized and on a ventilator due to Covid. Thankfully her mother survived and is improving everyday. Ms. Cuartas has been part of my legal team for well over 26 years and has always gone above and beyond for our clients. Once again, we are sorry for your frustration and we hope you’ll consider us again in the future, and if we can deliver the excellent experience we strive for, we hope you’ll consider updating your review.
