Adam Johnson Thurston

Mr. Thurston is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice covers a broad spectrum of litigation, including contract disputes, securities fraud, employment litigation, trade secrets, minority shareholder claims, partnership dissolutions, warranty disputes, products liability, RICO and unfair competition. He is experienced in a wide variety of actions, including class actions, multi-district litigation, and high stakes multi-party complex litigation.

Mr. Thurston is an experienced trademark and copyright litigator, having represented large manufacturers of consumer goods, major movie and television studios, and individual clients in the entertainment industry. Mr. Thurston's experience includes registered and common law trademark and trade dress infringement, copyright infringement, right of publicity (use of name and likeness), and practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.

Mr. Thurston is experienced in handling the defense of actions brought under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as well as the Federal Clean Air Act.
