Robert Helfend Is by far the best attorney I have ever hired. I have hired other attorney's in the past, but what impressed me most about Mr. Helfend was that he was very confident about getting me the best outcome, I didn't even think I could get. He was very straight forward and told me what to ex...pect every step of the way. He knew the judges, the prosecutors and most importantly he knows the law. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if needed. I recommend him to friends and family and I am so thankful for his work ethics, he goes above and beyond for his clients. And he is really humorous and had me laughing throughout a very stressful time in my life, I was charged with multiple felonies for identity theft and he got the case dismissed just recently in March 2022. I hired him for two federal indictments for my fiance who is currently not serving any prison time for federal identity theft, charged, back to back. Mr. Helfend did the impossible and got him out of Federal prison. Who does that???? Again I can not say enough about this wonderful, knowledgeable man. I am forever grateful and I will never forget. I had an unfortunate encounter in a solicitation case and Robert did a truly masterful job of getting the case dismissed before it was even filed with the judge and then subsequently was successful at getting my record sealed which is pretty challenging to do given my court case wasn’t even taken bef...ore a judge but he was able to pull it off and I am eternally grateful for all of his help. As I’m sure you know these situations are tremendously stressful and I had a lot of questions given I had never previously been in trouble with the law and Robert did a wonderful job of holding my hand through this process and walking me through all the steps and giving me confidence that this matter would go away. I had called around to a number of places initially and a lot of these intake centers like to use scare tactics to get you to sign up with them but Robert was calm, straight forward and transparent and that honesty and “bed-side manner” carried through after hiring him as well. Very competent guy and will go to bat for you. Highly recommend.
