I focus my bankruptcy practice on Chapter 7 cases and personally handle my clients' cases from start to finish. If you hire me, you work directly with me — not with an assistant or paralegal.
My fees are straightforward. My flat fee for an individual Chapter 7 case is $1,500 total, and my flat fee for a joint Chapter 7 case is $2,000 total. The current $338 Bankruptcy Court filing fee is included. In addition to the flat fee, clients are responsible for the small fees charged by approved providers for the two required bankruptcy courses. A payment plan is available if needed.
I also do not accept payment toward my flat fee until after your bankruptcy documents have been prepared, reviewed with you, and signed.
I stand behind the representation I provide. If you fulfill your responsibilities under our agreement but the Bankruptcy Court does not grant you a Chapter 7 discharge, I will refund 100% of the flat fee you paid me. This applies to entry of your Chapter 7 discharge and does not mean that every individual debt is necessarily dischargeable.

Awesome! I had a difficult situation and had to file by the end of the month. I met with Mr. Collier until 11:30 pm on a Friday night (the last day of the month) in order to make it happen. He was courteous and thorough and I have referred 2 clients to him already.

The best lawyer that I have ever met
Honesty is the title and the slogan for this lawyer. He does not like to play the game , he answered his phone at any time and if it happened and you left a message for him, he called you within less than an hour, his fee is incredible. I wish him the best.
