I hired Trish on a case involving a real estate dispute and she did an excellent job for me. Thoughtful, considered legal advice combined with responsive and helpful attitude. Her service is far superior to that I received from a larger law firm. The next time I need legal services I will hire her... again.

We've used Patricia twice in two different cases. The first case was the big one and we had to file suit against the people who sold us our home four years ago and didn't disclose a nuisance property next door. Patricia did an excellent job advising us, even came by our home to actually look at the h...ouse next door so she could properly guide us. We ended up not having to go to court as we were able to negotiate a settlement that felt fair. Patricia has an excellent understanding of the law, was able to calm me down when I was stressed and anxious and explained things in a way that made it easy for my husband and I to understand. We never felt pressured at any point and would hire her again in a heartbeat if needed. Highly highly recommend.

Trish Bakst’s firm of 1 doesn’t have assistant but definitely needs one - many times she showed technical incompetence and couldn’t even scroll down and check a simple email... Due to her doubtful competence, she kept neglecting a litigation opportunity and wasted tons of time and money on unproducti...ve negotiations with the opposing counsel, who apparently was making fun of her. Ms Bakst also neglected unlawful actions of the opposing party and refused to go after them. Extremely slow, unprofessional, and old-school but yet expensive. She asked me to repeat for her every bit of information at least 3-4 times and she still had very little understanding of my case. If you ask me, Ms Bakst should retire long time ago.
