We hired Rabkin to clarify an HOA dispute . Rabkin refused to read all the evidence presented and wrote a lame letter creating a situation that went against our civil engineer report . Absolutely the worst attorney - i emailed and called him and he refused to call me back ! I am on our HOA board and ...he still refused to email or call me .
