Chinese Drywall

Michael argued in front of the bankruptcy court in Delaware regarding the bankruptcy of certain Chinese Drywall defendants. He was well prepared and his knowledge of the law was obviously superior to the numerous other attorneys in the room representing various parties. The judge gave great deferen...ce to the difficult position Michal was arguing since it was presented in such a persuasive argument. I would highly recommend retaining Michael in any bankruptcy matter.
