Hiring Joan Daniels was the worst decision I’ve ever made. If you’re looking for an attorney who is incompetent, unresponsive, and completely indifferent to your case, then by all means, go ahead. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and find someone who actually knows what they’re doing. From the ...beginning, Joan Daniels was impossible to reach. Calls went unanswered for days (sometimes weeks), emails were ignored, and when she finally did respond, it was clear she barely remembered who I was or what my case was about. She was completely unprepared for meetings, missed crucial deadlines, and gave me incorrect legal advice that cost me dearly. On top of that, her attitude was beyond unprofessional. She was dismissive, rude, and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying client. And let’s talk about the outrageous fees—charging me for every little thing while doing absolutely nothing useful. Because of her negligence, my case ended in disaster. I trusted her, and she failed me in every possible way. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far, far away from Joan Daniels. You’d honestly be better off representing yourself.

Joan is actually on your team ... you're not just another client or another case, you become a friend. She'll utilize every avenue of the law to defend and protect you, feed you dinner and treat you lik...e you're family ... and then be you're personal emotional counselor. Joan was a referral from a friend after I fired my first attorney ... she immediately right-sided a sinking ship and got my case to a reasonable settlement. Now, instead of court dates, I have dinner dates with Joan and her husband. A contested divorce can be the most difficult point in a person's life, you need a good attorney who cares about you. Consider yourself lucky if she accepts your case.

This lawyer is an astonishing gem that I hope (selfishly) is not discovered!! The brilliance she deploys in determining legal strategies is absolutely first rate. This is the only family law attorney I have dealt with who truly takes a personal interest in the case she is representing. Amazing resul...ts. I have been in litigation for over a decade and after reaching a point of utter frustration with my previous firm, I was referred to Ms. Daniels. Interestingly, she did not take my case immediately. So unusual when you consider the enormous fees that continue to be generated. Ms. Daniels carefully vetted me to see if our goals and interests were aligned. I now understand that her deep commitment to her clients is so consuming she really needs to pick her cases carefully. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have Ms. Daniels represent me.
