Jade Leung successfully represented my small business in court, completely overturning an EDD audit. The subject of the audit was the classification of workers, and the taking of a distribution. The EDD had erroneously misclassified the professionals my business contracts with as employees, not inde...pendent contractors, as well as mislabeled my distribution as wages.
