Diane was my attorney for over three years as she handled my divorce. She was available, responsive, and answered my emails and calls in a timely manner. In late 2023, after speaking to a number of family law attorneys, I hired Diane to prepare my premarital agreement. The agreement was complex, given the various businesses I owned and my desire to keep them as my separate property. My fiancee also had a business she wanted to keep as her separate p...roperty. Diane understood our wishes and intentions, knew the law and put our agreement together in a way that perfectly reflected those intentions. She was sensitive to our desire not to upset our relationship during the process and to have an agreement with which we would both be comfortable once married. I highly recommend Diane to anyone needing a premarital agreement - she is a superb attorney.

Diane did an incredible job on my divorce. My ex-wife and I were locked in a custody dispute involving our young son. She had hired one of the toughest divorce lawyers in L.A.; and I had hired someone who came highly recommended. After the court awarded my ex far more custody of our son that I tho...ught appropriate, I called Diane. She immediately saw the errors my previous lawyer had made, then called my wife's ex-attorney. As tough as her lawyer was, Diane was tougher. Six months later we had a new agreement, giving me the custodial time I should have had to begin with. Moreover, my child support payments dropped from $2000 to $200 a month.

I retained Diane for what I expected to be a quick and painless divorce. Unfortunately this was not to be. Since I am largely ignorant of legal and financial matters, I really needed someone looking out for my best interests. Diane took care of everything, always being available for questions, keepin...g me updated and in the loop. I moved from the LA area shortly after the divorce was underway and had concerns about being so far away from her office, but things went very smoothly without my having to travel except for court when my presence was mandatory. My ex-husband and his attorney have been extremely recalcitrant which is maddening. However, Diane has been meticulous in following up. I am quite happy with her services and highly recommend her.

I've worked with dozens of attorneys over the course of my career and Diane was by far the most incompetent. She made careless mistakes in critical areas of my prenuptial agreement and couldn't even get the name of my business right, let alone crucial details like alimony terms. She mixed up who o...wned what assets and charged me for phone calls where she fumbled around trying to start up her computer. To make matters worse, when she made mistakes she got incredibly rude and defensive rather than owning it and making corrections. She clearly uses a template for all her prenuptial agreements and was over her head when asked to do any sort of customization. She had the nerve to actually ask me to write part of the draft! I was patient in working with Diane after some early red flags but she proved to be absolutely clueless and incredibly rude. I switched to another lawyer after firing Diane and it's been absolutely night and day. Stay away from Diane if you're looking for a competent lawyer.
