Chantal is a very kind and talented lawyer, especially proficient in employment law and should be able to help you if you have any problems in that area. In the past, she had been helped me twice. Those were able to resolve. It's not hard to imagine that she's busy, of course, but she always ma...de time to communicate with me by phone or text. It was very encouraging even though there were many unknowns and things that made me uneasy the first time I went through this. English is not my first language, but she always listened and spoke carefully. In addition, I often hear that when hiring a lawyer, clients can only interact with paralegals and assistants and there is no possibility to talk directly with a lawyer. But, Chantal was mainly available herself. Of course, I would like to add that her assistant was pretty good and always helpful. Here California is one of the most "worker" -friendly places in the world. As far as I can tell from my experiences and from the surroundings, it is true that many employers and companies do not properly comply with the law. The cost of living in California is so high that some people are working hard but are struggling and at a disadvantage. As a "worker," I am at a disadvantage, and if I am treated unfairly by my employer or company, I cannot always fix the problem myself. Think about it. What if you were mistreated by your employer or company for non-compliance with the law? What if your important family and friends were unfairly treated by employers and businesses that do not comply with the law? Shouldn't we fight? I fought. And I had an excellent partner--Chantal. The result was a big victory. If you think your rights are being violated, call them first and they will help clarify your rights and what you can do. Her specialty is employment law, but if she can’t help because it's not related to employment law, she'll be able to refer to her fellow lawyers.
