Brian C. Mitchell

Brian Mitchell has been a dedicated advocate for injured workers since his admission to the California State Bar in 1996. Beginning his legal career in San Diego, he gained extensive experience in workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish, Brian is fluent in Spanish and spent time teaching English in Spain and studying in Argentina before pursuing law. In 1999, Brian founded his own practice, later serving as CEO and managing partner of the Law Offices of Mitchell & Shea until 2015. A certified specialist in workers’ compensation, he has held leadership roles in the California Applicant Attorney’s Association (CAAA), including serving as president of both the San Diego and Los Angeles chapters. In 2016, he established Mitchell Law Corporation, expanding to offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Riverside to serve clients across Southern California.Brian has successfully handled catastrophic injury cases, securing lifetime disability awards and advocating for immigrant workers’ rights through legislative efforts. Known for his integrity and client-focused approach, Brian leads a dedicated team committed to providing personalized, aggressive representation while maintaining a reputation for excellence in the legal community.
